No reason to complain, I had a great stay and would book here again. It was clean, breakfast was astonishing and sensational. Location: the hotel was next to the tourist information office, train station and cafes and restaurants and the city center:)))

Had guest room with twin beds and wake-up service was available in it. The location was very central, just off train station and cafes and restaurants, the centre and the actual center.

Pity, but the beds were a bit too soft.

The rooms are fairly quiet with a modern design, twin beds along with a sofa, and the staff were friendly and polite, which made the stay very enjoyable.

Small hotel in a fairly quiet area not far from the main square, and pedestrian zone of city center. The breakfasts out on bread.

Reasonably good breakfast with cheese and juice available. Welcoming service. - Great and unbeatable location close to the historical center. - Easy access to supermarkets and shopping streets. For a nice break, you can visit Cafe Mozart nearby for tea or coffee.

The guest room was new-fashioned, included central heating, a multi-channel TV, and a writing table...

The bed was a bit too soft, unfortunately.

The room was large and had a modern design with twin beds, the breakfast in the restaurant was excellent, served with fresh bread, and the location was convenient, being close to Freiburg Cathedral.

During my Easter stay, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and the variety of the breakfast at this 3-star hotel. The rooms were spotless and the breakfast had a great variety of jams, cheese, rolls, bread, yogurt, juices. The staff were also friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. the hotel's location was perfect, being near the old town and shopping areas, making it convenient for exploring the city.

There were a few downsides to my stay. The parking situation was difficult, with my partner having to circle the block while I went to reception to get the pass for the entrance.

It was an excellent location for in-town sightseeing. The staff was very helpful in locating restaurants and "must see" spots for us.

The City Hotel is very well located, next to the shopping streets and the cathedral place. The room was small, simple, but very clean and with a good isolation : no sounds from the streets or neighbours.People at the reception were very nice. Price is ok.

The breakfast here is fantastic with a variety of meats and cheeses, offering everything you could ask for, and I enjoyed my stay in a double room with twin beds.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety of options. The hotel is located near the center of the city and close to public transportation, making it easy to get around.

The noise level outside was unbearable at night. I couldn't sleep due to the constant sound of traffic and people shouting outside.

No elevators from car parking to the rooms and no porter to help us to carry bags
